Breaking free from the limiting factors


Limiting factors are those things that put a stop or a restriction to your journey, be it mental, spiritual, emotional or career growth.

Those things that have the tendency to hinder your free movement or progression in an area.

For a child, genes can be a limiting factor to his/her growth or certain medical conditions, for a woman trusting God for a child, certain medical conditions can be limiting factors.

However, there is no greater limiting factor as the mind as everything a man would ever become begins from his mind, i.e, if you believe you can do it, and you keep believing despite the number of failures you may have had in the past, certainly, you will do it.

Here is what faith does; faith takes your thoughts, aligns them with your words and actions and brings to physical manifestation that which you have faith for from the realm of the spirit.

Basically, faith says, "that thing you are trusting God for is not non - existent, actually, it exists in the realm of the spirit, but I need you to believe it enough to think it, speak it and act it with your mouth so I can make them your reality." 

This is why you notice that, sometimes, even without praying, when you believe certain things, think on them and speak to them consistently, they tend to manifest, how much more when you pray? 

This is the reason why the man who is unstable cannot receive anything from the Lord because his confusion is quite loud in the realm of the spirit (your thoughts are actually quite loud in the realm of the spirit and more so than your words as the heart is the seat of everything we would ever become with the Lord).

Fear, which is the exact opposite of faith does exactly same thing that faith does only in a negative way:

Job 3:25 (NLT)

"What I always feared has happened to me.

What I dreaded has come true."

Whatever is magnified in your heart, becomes your experience and we see how that Psalm 22:3 clearly tells us that God is enthroned on our praise; when you magnify God in your heart, you begin to see His hand in your life and more so His face.

If the devil was really as powerful as he wants you to believe, why does he have to make you frightened by it before you can experience it?

Because he really has no power over you and can only play his card on your mind, once he can defeat you in your mind, then he has defeated you.

Once he can limit you in your mind, then he has limited you, we see even our dear Job was frightened by the afflictions before the devil could actually afflict him.

Mighty man/woman, the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but they are indeed mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4).

What have you believed?

What is your greatest fear?

Take that power off the enemy right now by getting rid of that fear, you have dominion over that situation, you have power and authority to trample upon serpents and scorpions and nothing, I mean, nothing, can and shall by any means hurt you!

The Lord said to Moses in Exodus 14;15 to tell the children of Israel to go forward right when they thought they were stuck in a dead end with no way out; their limitations were indeed in their mind and once those limitations were broken by revelation, they could go farther.

What do you see?

Genesis 13:14 -17

After Lot had gone, the LORD said to Abram, “Look as far as you can see in every direction—north and south, east and west.
I am giving all this land, as far as you can see, to you and your descendants as a permanent possession.
And I will give you so many descendants that, like the dust of the earth, they cannot be counted!
Go and walk through the land in every direction, for I am giving it to you.”

As far as your eyes can see!
You cannot go farther than you can see!
You cannot have beyond what you can see!
Your mind is the limiting factor!
What have you heard contrary to God's word spoken concerning you?
What have you seen contrary to God's word shown to you?
Begin to pull down those strong holds now, unlearn the things you have learnt and see the things you should see according to God's word written concerning you.
There are really no chains, there are really no limitations, they only exist in your mind and the enemy wants you to believe that they are real so you can partner with him to make them your experience because he has no power over you unless you consent by partnering with him through fear.

The thoughts the Lord has of you are of good and not of evil, to give you an expected end; anything contrary to that is not from Him.
That sickness is not from Him, the death of that child is not His doing!
Our God is a good God and He does only good things!

Finally, guess what?
3 John 1:2 (KJV)
"Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth."

Most certainly, anything contrary to that scripture is not of Him!
The peace and grace of our dear Lord be multiplied unto you!
