How Do You Define "Slow"?

Sometime back on one of my prayer walks. I had a target mile to walk around on the prayer journey. Because I wanted to wrap on time, I began to walk faster. Guess what? I got more physically exhausted than I was when I was walking slowly. So, I decided to remain at the initial pace. Here's what I learned: 🎉 Fast is good but may not be sustainable. 🎉 If you decide to go faster than your capacity can carry. You will burnout out before getting to your destination. 🎉 Slow is relative as it is based on perception.  Guess what happened when I decided to remain at my initial pace? Of course it took a longer time for me to complete the rounds. But I prayed for longer and so increased in strength through prayer. Your journey may look slow to many, but you are building stamina. Keep building.

You Are Not Too Young To Shine!

When you walk into a dark room, the first thing you do is to turn on the light, right? When you turn on the lights, you notice how the darkness disappears and everyone in that room, including you, is able to see clearly without stumbling, right? Jesus said, "YOU ARE THAT LIGHT!" So why are you afraid of shining in the midst of darkness? Why are you scared to embark on that project because of what people will say? Why are you afraid to make an impact because you feel you are too young? If the light refuses to shine, then the room will remain dark, and many will stumble and fall, many will remain blinded and oppressed as there will be no light for them to see through! I have come to tell you today that: YOU ARE NOT TOO YOUNG FOR THAT ASSIGNMENT! GET UP! EMBARK ON THAT PROJECT! GET UP! WRITE THAT BOOK THAT WILL DELIVER MANY! GET UP! START THAT BUSINESS! GET UP! TAKE THAT COURSE! YOU CAN AND YOU WILL SHINE IN THIS DARK WORLD! Matthew 5:16 "Let your light so shine before men,...

What Decisions Are You Intentionally Making?

Decisions are powerful! So powerful that they direct the course of your life. Even in times where you feel you are not making any decisions, you are actually making a decision (the decision not to decide). Two very important things you must intentionally tell yourself as you step into the coming year: 1. Nothing will change unless you decide to do things differently and stick to it no matter the challenges. 2. There is no path you desire to walk in that someone has not already walked in. When you understand these, you will be able to make life-changing and wise decisions while also being intentional about investing in knowledge. Now, this is a very important decision you must make for the coming year! INVESTING IN KNOWLWDGE! There is the wisdom that many have walked in that you can simply draw from by buying and reading their books while also paying for mentorship/coaching. For what it's worth, the goldmine hidden in sound knowledge is sure worth paying for! Hosea 4:6A "My peo...

"This young child lived with me for many years until she died......"

She was so young, new, fresh, full of life that needed to be nurtured and groomed to maturity so she could in turn give life to others. I knew there was much more to her than met the eye, but I didn't just know how to explain it. I knew she could do so much for her generation and become that tool through which many mightier than her would be born but I was too blinded by my personal needs and challenges that I barely gave her attention and the right food she needed to grow. Certainly, you know that if your baby doesn't feed, the baby grows weak, falls sick and her condition worsens until death happens if no attention is paid to her. That was exactly what happened to this little girl; I watched her suffer from malnutrition that later grew to hunger then sickness until there was no life left in her but honestly, if I could turn back the hands of time, I would pay more attention to her, feed her right and give my entire self to see her grow, mature and fulfill her purpose but of c...
